Rainbow

I took these pictures tonight in the back yard. Thank goodness Tillie wanted to go outside or we might have missed the double rainbow. I tried to catch the entire arc, but could not quite get far enough away. Just beautiful in person. 

Warehouse Theatre Company

Susan, Kay and I went to dinner on Friday evening at Eddy's Bistro in Yakima and then went to see Picasso at the Lapin Agile at the Warehouse Theatre.

The play, written by Steve Martin, is a comedy about events that unfold in a Parisian cafe in 1904 when Albert Einstein and Picasso meet.  There were definitely some funny moments, but while the play has won awards, it was my least favorite of the plays we have attended. 

Pittsburgh Half Marathon

Susan and Julie participated in the Pittsburgh Half Marathon held on May 5. Both of them had such a good time that Susan is planning on entering another Half Marathon this summer and Julie is planning on trying a full marathon. They each received this awesome medal for finishing.

Happy Birthday Toby & Tillie

Toby turned 10 years old yesterday ( May 9th) and Tillie turns 4 on May 24 so I took this picture today out in the backyard.  It is amazing how much of their personality shows in one photo. 

They were very excited because they each got a small treat for being so good while I took the picture.
